Mini Li'l Twister--- finished and hanging

This is the mini L'il Twister that I made the beginning of the week, all quilted, bound, and hanging on it's new Ackfeld wire tabletop hanger.

Madame Samm, at !Sew We Quilt has been hosting Table Topper Blog Hop; small mini quilts displayed on decorative wire stands.  It started April 16th and will continue until the 25th.  So far 46 mini quilts have been posted with more to come next week.

                   Table Topper Blog Hop

Not knowing what I was going to do with my L'il Twister quilt, I though that displaying it on a stand would be a great way to show it off.  Since I could not find a stand locally, I ordered one from  Ackfeld  on Wednesday evening;  it arrived in Saturday's mail.  Now that is outstanding service and delivery, especially since most of mail arrives here in Texas by pony express. LOL.

I know I 'll be making more of these little toppers, they are fast and a lot of fun.  So scoot on over to Sew We Quilt and check out all the toppers from last week and the ones that will be posted this week.  See you there.

Enjoy all the pieces of your life,

Based on your earlier post, I requested the Lil Twister kit for Mother's Day. Yours looks so nice on the wire rack.

I so enjoy twister quilts--and like the way the dark fabric intensifies your colored patches. Love the stand too!

Betty Lou..what size squares did you use for this adorable quilt. I have the little twister and would love to make one for one of my quilt friends who has the stand.
