After not spending any time in my sewing room the month of December, I was anxious to make something, anything, just so I could touch some fabric and hear the hum of my sewing machine. So yesterday I got out the Sherbet Pips charm pack that Kiera sent me for her give-away.
With only a charm pack and nothing in my stash that remotely came close to coordinating with this fabric, I made a small newborn quilt to send to the hospital.
It's not big, it's not wonderful, but it is the first finish of 2013.
Enjoy all the pieces of your life,

And it's so adorable! I really need to get back to sewing too. Been gone from it for way too long!
Happy New Year!
Adorable Betty Lou...just adorable!!
Neat, generous little quilt.
Cute little project Betty Lou! I was anxious to get back into the quilt room too after Christmas - but I came down with the flu. So that set me back another week.
The quilt is wonderful and gets the new year off to a good start. I like the way you displayed it.
